Gathering #3: Essbare Stadt

Wild & Root invited to explore the beauty of guerilla gardening. We created an interactive supper club where guests were going on an adventurous dining experience. They discover the potential and roots of our local products and get involved with hands-on work.

This supper club Maurice Maggi, chef and guerilla gardener, presented his new cookbook “Essbare Stadt”, in which he shows how to rediscover food that grows in the city. This event took part of Stadt Land Food Festival 2014.
