Culinary Experience: Going for fresh water!


As our oceans are overfished we created a culinary experience in cooperation with Barkin’Kitchen a four-course-menu with fresh water fishes. To show creativity, the potential for your local products as well easy dishes as ceviche that guests had to produce together. Gaining this experience on our table the awareness rise to buy more regional fish and value their taste. A declaration of love.
