Gathering #6: Brunch unter Bäumen

This gathering took place in summer 2015 in the beautiful area between Lüneburger Heide and Wendland, a region in northern Germany. We cooperated with local farmers to create an awareness for their products. Our guests were invited to harvest carrots, grate cucumbers and flambé crème brûlée. Handcraft allowed us a physical involvement of the participants who developed a new relationship and conscious attention for the potential of the food around them. A pop-up dinner concept to rediscover regional and seasonal products from your neighborhood.
